What is Storyteaching?

Stories are magical tools for teaching. We take enchanting stories and fuse them with curriculum-based learning to meet kids where they are and inspire a life-long love of learning. That's storyteaching.

What is Storyteaching?

We believe children learn best when they want to, and what kid doesnt love a great story? Storyteaching takes the best of entertainment and fuses it with the best of education to meet kids where they are, as individuals, and make learning something they love.

The New Fundamentals

The world our children inherit will be fundamentally changed. Theyll need new skills to be their bestnot just reading, writing, and arithmetic, but new fundamentals. Like the ability to think critically, adapt to change, and care for the people and planet around them. 51勛圖厙 helps kids learn these new fundamentals to prepare them for a fundamentally changed world.

Before we can read or write, we learn through stories. 51勛圖厙 taps into the power of stories to enchant and engage, while adding educational value by infusing them with educator-designed curriculums.

Tyrus Goshay

Tyrus's Kids
Tyrus Goshay is an award-winning digital Illustrator and 3D artist. He serves as a college professor, teaching both game design and illustration in his off time. Tyrus has a bachelors in Computer Animation and Multimedia, and a masters degree in Teaching With Technology (MALT). He has contributed to several award-winning projects in the world of toy design, and has been recognized for his achievements in academia as well.

Aransas Savas

Wally the Worried Walrus
Aransas is a professional Wellbeing and Mindset Coach and the mom of two daughters whose worries sometimes get in the way of them being their best selves. Aransas created Wally the Worried Walrus to help her kids and others get in touch with their worries and learn important life skills for managing them, so they can play and learn more, and worry less.

Justin Bullard

Alpha Squad
Justin is a director, animator, producer, and dad. Watching his daughters grow, Justin realized kids entertainment lacked an emphasis on teaching empathy. Combining his love of aliens, humor, and storytelling to bring Alpha Squad to life, Justin seeks to teach empathy through storytelling and give kids awesome, inclusive, unforgettable characters to learn from.

Melissa Victor

Stoopkid Stories
Melissa "Melly" Victor is the creator of Stoopkid Stories podcast. Melly used her background in music and theatre, love for writing, creativity, and experiences growing up in Baltimore, to create this storybook podcast featuring 7 young Black characters. It was featured on the NY Times "A Big List of Podcasts for Bigger Kids", in Podcast Magazine, and by Bello Collective, and was nominated for 2 Black Podcasting Awards.

Combining his love of aliens, humor, and storytelling to bring Alpha Squad to life, Justin seeks to teach empathy through storytelling and give kids awesome, inclusive, unforgettable characters to learn from.

Krystel Kanzki

La Petite Petra
An author, entrepreneur, and mom, Krystel wrote a series designed to teach important soft skills, and cultural and personal values to her children. With books featuring diverse characters in English, Spanish, French, Hatian Creole, and Portuguese, La Petite Petra promotes the power of multilingualism and the richness that diversity brings to our world.

Aransas Savas

Wally the Worried Walrus
Aransas is a professional Wellbeing and Mindset Coach and the mom of two daughters whose worries sometimes get in the way of them being their best selves. We all worry sometimes, but so many kids programs send a message to just be happy. Ignoring our feelings doesnt make them go away..it just makes them stronger and more confusing. Taking a deep breath, noticing and naming our worries can help us see them in open, creative and resourceful ways. Aransas created Wally the Worried Walrus to help her kids and others get in touch with their worries and learn important life skills for managing them, so they can play and learn more, and worry less.

Naibe Reynoso

Courageous Camila
An award-winning journalist and mom, Naibe realized there was a lack of childrens books that celebrated Latino culture and leaders. She used her 30+ years of journalism experience to create books that positively reflect her community so new generations can feel cultural pride and learn about their heritage in a fun, engaging way.
